Personal Data Collection
Our services include obtaining, processing, and sharing information about individuals, objects, and events. These activities are performed based on agreements with clients, within the scope not exclusively reserved for public institutions by separate regulations, particularly in:
1. Legal matters related to private individuals.
2. Economic matters, including:
• Fulfillment of financial obligations, solvency, or credibility in such relationships.
• Unlawful use of trade names or trademarks, unfair competition, or disclosure of trade secrets or business secrets.
3. Verification of the credibility of information about damages reported to insurance companies.
4. Locating missing or hiding persons.
5. Locating assets.
6. Collecting information related to criminal, fiscal criminal, or administrative proceedings where criminal law may apply.
Personal Data Processing
1. Personal data collected during detective activities is processed without the consent of the individuals concerned solely to fulfill the detective service.
2. Upon completion of the detective service, personal data collected during activities is transferred to the client.
3. If the client declines or fails to collect the personal data within the agreed timeframe, the data will be destroyed five years after the service’s completion or immediately after the detective agency is removed from the registry.
4. Notes on these actions, including data transfer or destruction, are documented and stored in the agreement registry. The note includes:
• Details of the data transfer or destruction.
• Date of the action.
• Signatures of the client (for data collection) and the note’s author.
5. Personal data destruction occurs in the presence of the entrepreneur or their designated representative.
6. Personal data may only be transferred to another detective collaborating or continuing the detective service.
7. For detective services related to ongoing criminal or fiscal cases, the detective agency must inform the relevant authorities in writing immediately after signing the agreement.
GDPR Articles 13(1,2) and 15(1 a, c, g) do not apply to personal data collected during detective activities as per Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
